SHIFT Miami is setting the stage for a defining moment in electronic music culture with the launch of its Phase One programming for 2026. Scheduled for March 24 to 27 in South Beach, the event emerges as a key fixture during Miami’s dance music week, offering a platform that’s “built for artists, industry, and fans who want real access, real conversations, and real opportunity.”

Shift Miami phase 1 programming

Unfolding across four days, SHIFT promises a curated experience of interactive panels, demo drops, and fireside chats featuring some of the most influential names in music and media. From major record labels like Armada Music, Atlantic Records, and Spinnin’ Records to tech platforms and industry collectives, the lineup signals a bold commitment to unfiltered dialogue and professional connection.

At the heart of this movement is the EDMAs (Electronic Dance Music Awards), whose partnership with SHIFT reinforces a shared mission to push the culture forward through education, transparency, and unity. The collaboration is visually captured in co-branded promotional art and programming that bridges fans with C-level executives and A&R gatekeepers.

One of the marquee events is the “Experts Only Demo Drop,” set for March 26 on the C-Level rooftop at the Clevelander Hotel. Running from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, this session offers artists the rare chance to present their work directly to industry pros, fostering real-time feedback and potentially career-launching opportunities.

The initial slate of participants is already formidable. Alongside the aforementioned labels, organizations like Unfolded PR, Interscope, Red Light Management, Milk & Honey, mau5trap, and Ophelia Records will also take part. Tech platforms and services such as Digital Music Pool, LabelWorx, and Mediabase are also present, reinforcing SHIFT’s commitment to a 360-degree view of the electronic music ecosystem.

The choice of venue—The Clevelander, South Beach, during Miami Music Week—is no coincidence. With thousands of artists, fans, and executives descending on the city, SHIFT positions itself as both a complement and counterpoint to the week’s festival and party programming. Its tone is deliberate: intimate, informative, and inclusive.

“This is an early snapshot of the conversations, interactive sessions, and industry voices involved—with more programming, participants, and announcements still to come,” organizers shared. The teaser hints at additional phases that will expand the scope and depth of the experience.

For those looking to move beyond the dancefloor and into the boardroom, SHIFT Miami offers a rare fusion of access and authenticity. Passes are available now at shiftmiami.com.
