By submitting music to EDM Sessions for airplay consideration:

You understand that if you submit more than one song per week, you will not be eligible for future consideration.

You understand that if you do not provide assets promptly after receiving airplay approval, you will not be eligible for future consideration.

You understand that if you submit my track, get approved for airplay, and do not proceed with payment, you will not be eligible for future consideration.

You hereby confirm that you are the original artist or a legally authorized representative of the artist whose music is being submitted.

You affirm that you have full rights and authority to submit music to EDM Sessions for consideration and potential use across its platforms, including radio, digital, and promotional channels.

You certify that the submitted content does not infringe upon any third-party rights and that all necessary permissions, licenses, and clearances have been obtained.
